At Aureya by Surya, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Please read the policy carefully.

1. Return Window

  • Returns or cancellations must be initiated within 96 hours from the receipt of delivery.

2. Eligibility

     To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

  • International orders do not qualify for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or bespoke jewellery.

4. How to Exchange

5. How to Return

  • Contact our customer support (9810038171 or thesuryajewels@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item. You will have to ship the item to our store.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
