  • All products are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at any time at our discretion.

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly.

2. Order Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We may require additional verification before accepting any order and applying the IndiGo discount coupon.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • The minimum order value for online purchases is ₹3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only).

  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other online payment wallets.

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete delivery details are provided.

5. Delivery Charges

  • No delivery charges are applicable for orders within Delhi & NCR.

For locations outside Delhi & NCR, applicable delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • The detailed Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy is available on the Aureya by Surya website.

Customers may also visit the New Delhi store, where a wider range of products is available for selection.

7. Customized Orders

  • Customized jewellery orders (including size alterations, engraving, or stone selection) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Customized products may require extended delivery timelines, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.


8. Jewellery Care Guidelines

To preserve the quality and finish of the jewellery, customers are advised to:

  • Keep jewellery dry and away from moisture

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, and cosmetics

  • Store jewellery in an airtight pouch when not in use

  • Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth

9. Eligibility & Verification

  • This offer is strictly valid for IndiGo employees only.

  • Employee ID verification may be required before or at the time of purchase and/or delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Surya Jewels shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Damage occurring after successful delivery of the product
